We have had beautiful weather this week. The high has been in the mid 80’s. The midday run has been really hot, but I’m not complaining. :-) We have new reviews, and we started a new series this week called “How to choose a heart rate monitor.” We also have another new series coming next week.

It has been another busy week for us. The weather has been beautiful, so we’ve been outside as much as possible. This week was our official season opener, and it was a blast. We will try to fit in some race coverage in the next few weeks. Man, 65, Kills Teen Who Knocks Him Off Bicycle – In news this week, three teens tried to rob a 65 year old man who was riding a bicycle in Pennsylvania . They knocked him to the ground. He shot two of them, killing one.
